Single Dumbell Routine
My current routine in my wee little house as of Summer 2005
**Format is sets x reps, 45s rest between sides. All using a thick (2in diameter) adjustable dumbell.
Monday & Thursday:
1. Dumbell Snatch 2x5, 2x10
2a. Bicep Curl 2x5, 2x10
b. Tricep Extension 2x5, 2x10
3. Ab wheel 5x6
Tuesday & Friday:
1. Bent-over row 2x5, 2x10
2. Floor Press (Monolateral) 4x8
3. Obliques 4x8
On the weekends, I do some front squats and power cleans to keep my legs in shape. But basically this routine gets me by. I'm not too happy with it though, I mean, it's hardly a challenging workout. But with all the work, I just need something to tide me over.
