Migrated [antonsevilla.body] to CoreBlog

As you must have noticed, I've migrated this section to CoreBlog. "But why have such in a blog-format?" One might ask. Hence I shall explain myself.

I haven't been updating the body section (which in my opinion is the most important part of this site) primarily because I'm too damned lazy to fix my programs in a PDF or text and format them and upload them... Videos, well my mom took my camera away! :'( But there, I think what matters more is my training routines and tips...

So a blog format gives me an advantage of being able to update in just one click. :-) That way I can post my new routines right as I update them (I do that pretty often, it's called boredom [not a good idea i might add]). Also, it gives you, oh user, the opportunity to post comments and ask questions.

So there, hope it makes it altogether more useful for the hundred or so visitors I get each month. :-) If you have difficulty finding the old stuff, look up toward the banner, it says there, "Archives:" and that leads to the old stuff. Lemme know if you have any questions!

As to the state of my training, I'm doing single dumbell work since I moved out into a new house. But I may soon go back to a gym so I can box, squat, and do cleans and stuff. :-) All in all, I need to get down to a 32" waistline desperately, but work is SERIOUSLY frustrating any attempts at a hardcore athlete lifestyle. But I will find a way. Damn it.
